This house of sun and sea is located at the Adriatic in Srima, a quiet suburb of a small town of Vodice. It is overlooking a sandy beach, sea and islands. This newly built building houses nicely decorated and modernly equipped holiday apartments that are especially suitable for family vacations with children or anyone wishing to have a high-quality and pleasant vacation. The house is surrounded by nicely decorated and fenced in garden that is suitable for secure playing and children. Holiday apartments are situated right next to the beach in the first row by the sea, thus representing a unique experience for vacation at the Croatian coastline of the Adriatic Sea.
Holiday apartments have large terraces or balconies overlooking the sea and a sandy beach that is only 10 meters away from the house. The sandy beach is especially suitable for children. All holiday apartments are air conditioned, heated, and equipped with satellite TV and private safes. Parking spaces are available in the house’s backyard, where guest will also find outdoor shower and barbecque.
