This really special apartment is located in one of the oldest streets in the city of Šibenik. It is said that even the builder of St. James Cathedral resided there. The street is located approximately 50 meters from the square which encompasses St. James Cathedral and the City hall.
It is in the vicinity of Foscolo palace which housed Juraj Dalmatinac's sculptors school.
The apartment is located on the ground floor of the aforementioned street in a gothic house which rises above the Four well square. The apartment is 45 m2 and it has a bedroom (double bed), kitchen with dining room, living room with sofa that can be turned into bed, full equipped bathroom with toilet. The house and apartment were totally renovated in 2006 under the guidance of the Conservation authority.
The apartment is furnished with antiques, air- conditioned, heating and cooling systems, it has WiFi access and satellite TV.
The apartment looks upon the Šibenik cove, Four Well square and the Cathedral of St. James. During the summer it is possible to view many events from the comfort of the apartment.
