This magnificent property is protected as a cultural monument of the city of Šibenik, located in the old town, strict center of Šibenik, around the corner from the Cathedral of St.James, City Hall and the Museum of the City of Šibenik.
The facility is composition of 15 - 19th century.
In the area dominates restored old furniture (mostly Venetian, 19th century), and all rounded modern functionality of apartments. Since the apartments in the center, guests are literally all in front of the door: restaurants, cafes, shops, museums, festivals, waterfront, etc., and the town beach is a 10-15 minutes by walking.
